World Mental Health Day fell on Friday 10 October, with this year’s theme — “Access to services: mental health in catastrophes and emergencies” — shining a light on the importance of supporting mental wellbeing through every challenge. 

At Queen Anne’s School in Caversham, Berkshire, a WISDOM member school, students put their creativity to work in a hoodie design competition to mark the occasion. The five winning designs were printed and proudly worn on the day, helping to spread awareness and celebrate the message that everyone deserves good mental health.
